It decides what type of building can be built in a certain area and what the building can be used for.
3. How does commercial building design and construction differ from residential building design and construction?
The use of different materials and number of materials. It cost alot more to build a commercial building.
4. What factors influence the choice of commercial construction materials?
The strength that the materials need to meet and how long they will last.
5. How do sustainable design alternatives, such as a green roof, impact the environment and quality of life?
It can create a positive mood for the work place and can create chances for LEED credits towards a company.
